Citerus is proud to announce that Jerry Weinberg, Johanna Rothman, and Esther Derby are coming to Sweden to host the PSL workshop January 25-30, 2009. This is a unique opportunity to experience this workshop in a Swedish setting.

For 34 years, Jerry Weinberg has continuously kept improving the Problem Solving Leadership workshop, which he invented together with his anthropologist wife Dani Weinberg back in 1974. The almost week-long (sunday to friday) workshop is about how to think and act clearly, creatively, and congruently - even in chaotic situations. Johanna Rothman and Esther Derby are co-hosting the PSL workshop with Jerry. Esther and Johanna are both internationally renowned consultants and writers; but most importantly for this workshop: they are the best facilitators there are for this setting. One thing should be stated early about PSL: there are no powerpoint slides, there is not even a projector. The PSL workshop is about simulations, observations, and reflections, while solving hard problems with others. This is multichannel communication. This is experiential learning. And most importantly, PSL is about you.

The workshop will be in Uppsala, Sweden. The workshop provides five and a half days of intensive focus on developing your unique leadership style and abilities. Arrangements have been made with Krusenberg Herrgård länk till annan webbplats to host the event. It’s a beautiful manor house that was completed in 1802, with a unique environment and renowned kitchen. Attendees are advised to arrive at Saturday and celebrate a welcome dinner. Then we’ll start Sunday morning and end at noon on Friday.

Johanna Rothman

Esther Derby

is recognized as one of the world's leaders in retrospectives, and beyond being a writer and consultant, she is a busy workshop facilitator. Claiming herself to be an introvert, she facilitatates workshops about retrospectives, secrets of agile teamwork, and problem solving leadership.
