This is a strictly full-time residential workshop. Participants are expected to inform their organizations that there will be no time for handling back-at-work problems.

Full class discussions will be in English, but exercises and small group discussions may be done in any language the group chooses. Instructors will adapt. Particpants should be reasonably comfortable in understanding spoken English, However, any participant who doesn’t feel comfortable asking questions or making comments in English may use any language they’re comfortable in, as long as there’s at least one other person (including instructors) can translate for the other participants.

Pricing

Early bird (payed in full by October 15):
32,900 (tuition fee) + 13,375 (single room + full board) = SEK 46,275

Regular price (payed in full by December 1):
37,900 (tuition fee) + 13,375 (single room + full board) = SEK 51,275

None-refundable deposit, SEK 9000, to hold a place, paid within 3 weeks from registration date, which will be applied toward the full tuition.

All prices are exclusive of VAT (25%). According to Swedish law, all attendees must pay VAT. However, foreign attendees can get a refund of VAT from the Swedish National Tax Agency. Read more about VAT refunds here.

Logistics

The workshop will be in Uppsala, Sweden. The workshop provides five and a half days of intensive focus on developing your unique leadership style and abilities. Arrangements have been made with Krusenberg Herrgård to host the event. It’s a beautiful manor house that was completed in 1802; with a unique environment and renowned kitchen. Attendees are advised to arrive at Saturday and celebrate a welcome dinner. Then we’ll start Sunday morning and end at noon on Friday. Since much of the value comes from the interactions among the participants when we’re not in class, it’s important that we all stay in the same place. The fee includes living in a single room with full board; all meals included for the duration of the workshop (except any meals taken outside Krusenberg).

Reservation

Our policy for classes with a maximum enrollment is:

1. a deposit to hold a place, which is not refundable even if cancelled at any time

2. a time limit even with a deposit by which they must pay in full, otherwise their place may be given to the next in line (if there’s nobody waiting, then this doesn’t apply)

3. a waiting list, once the limit is reached.

Cancellation

Registered attendees may cancel, paying SEK 9000 up to December 1. Cancellation after this date requires full payment. A course registration may be transferred to another person after contacting Citerus. If the workshop is cancelled by Citerus, for any reason, a full refund will be issued of the amount paid for the class. No matter the cause of the cancellation, Citerus will not be responsible for participant’s travel expense, loss of time etc.
